Bike Riding in the Forest

How about some bike riding ?  What about some walking on your hands ?  Push ups ?  Dips?  Exercise is very important.  Not only for living longer, but for better mental health. Did you know that a doctor can look through your blood and tell if you have been exercising or not.  Did you exercise today ?  What about yesterday?  Need some ideas on different exercises you can do, no matter what your condition is ?  Hit me up.
