Up hill pushing

If you wait for someone to work out with you.  You might be waiting for a while.  So stop waiting.  Your health is your health.  Sometimes you have to set the tone.  Sometimes people don’t know what you can or can not do.  So they won’t ask.  Do you know what you can or can not do ?  What limits have you placed on yourself ?  If there is no where to exercise in your area, can you travel to a different area ?  What about using local resources ?  What is there to do where you live ?  Do you need some help ?  Lets talk about it.
